When it comes to therapy, the ability to continue the process during these uncertain and socially-distanced times is absolutely crucial, especially considering the unique struggles that being stuck at home might bring about.

Our Linden learning therapists and specialists—Stephanie, Sarah, Yalda, Abby, Emma, and Noa—are here to give you a sneak peak into the world of online therapy and share some tips on making the transition into the virtual world.
