Special Education Needs (SEN) teachers are the backbone of inclusive international schools. The International SEN Consultation Circles were created to support SEN teachers around the world in their work to provide quality education for neurodiverse children.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT DURING A SESSION?

Join dynamic online sessions with small groups of 5-8 international learning support teachers in each Circle. Led by experienced school psychologists and neurodiversity specialists, these 90-minute meetings foster discussions designed to highlight the rich knowledge, experience, and diverse perspectives of learning support specialists worldwide.

Each session will feature the following:

  • Celebrate: Sharing wins of the week

  • Discuss: 1-3 educators present a case or a challenge

  • Support: Participants share insights, unique strategies, practices and resources

  • Close: Facilitator summarizes and wraps up the session

  • Share: Facilitator sends a list of resources based on topics addressed and wisdom shared

  • Closing ceremony - At the last session we celebrate what we’ve learned and how we’ve grown

This is your chance to grow professionally while sharing your own expertise in supporting diverse learnings in multicultural and multilingual settings
