Sarah is a Speech and Language Pathologist, Dance/ Movement Therapist (BTD) and dance artist/choreographer from Malta. She studied Communication Therapy at the University of Malta and holds a diploma in Dance Studies from the Laban Conservatoire of Dance in London. Her final thesis was on the effects of dance/ movement therapy on children with autism. She has lead various groups and one-to-one sessions in clinics and in special schools with children on the spectrum and other special needs. Sarah has worked as a speech and language pathologist in private practices, kindergardens and schools. Her areas of specialization include: articulation and phonological disorders, autism, aphasia and learning disabilities. Sarah has been invited to teach workshops and give presentations about her work, both as a dancer and as a dance therapist in Berlin and Malta.
