Abigail

Speech & Language Pathologist

Hi, I'm Abigail. I'm a speech-language pathologist from New York, with a certificate of clinical competence from The American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). I completed my bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology at Ithaca College and went on to earn a master’s degree in Communicative Sciences & Disorders from New York University.

I have experience working with a pediatric population (ages 2-12 years), across various settings including daycares & preschools, sensory gyms, and private schools. Additionally, I provide services to children via teletherapy.

Having relocated to Germany, I am looking forward to continuing my career as a pediatric speech-language pathologist. I've worked with children with a variety of needs and diagnoses, such as language delays and disorders, social-communication impairments, speech sound disorders, fluency disorders, and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). I am passionate about providing child-directed, play-based therapy and creating joyful learning experiences for my clients. I place great value on establishing strong relationships with my clients and their families in order to deliver truly comprehensive therapeutic services.

Celebrating each child’s brilliant strengths and unique interests is always at the center of my practice!

I specialize in: early intervention, receptive & expressive language delays and disorders, social communication disorders, speech sound disorders: articulation and phonological disorders, and fluency disorders.

I am part of Linden's Neurodiversity Support Team, learn more about it here.

I am from the USA and I speak English.

What Clients Say

Abigail is an wonderful therapist and we couldn't wish for more! :) She is an excellent communicator and our daughter loves her. She is organised and prepared, and always has a clear structure to her sessions, however, it is delivered in a flexible, creative and playful way that is highly engaging for our daughter.
