Hi, I am Stav! I was born and raised in Larisa, Greece. After graduation, I studied Special Education at the University of Thessaly, Greece and worked in mainstream and Special Education settings. In 2016,, I decided to move to the UK to pursue an MSc in Applied Behavior Analysis and become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

I have been working in Special Educational Needs (SEN) schools in the UK as an SEN Teacher and Behavior Analyst for the last five years, planning evidence-based, and effective Behavior Intervention Programs and professional development training.

I am passionate about coaching and mentoring school staff, leaders, parents, professionals from different industries and everyone who wants a better understanding of behavior. After being certified as a BCBA in 2020, I enrolled in a one-year coaching and mentoring course specializing in Executive Coaching & Leadership to broaden my horizon and develop the skills necessary to consult with school leaders.

I specialize in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Emotional, Intellectual and Learning Disabilities, as well as Performance Management and Employee Engagement.
