Counselor
I’m a psychologist originally from Delhi, India, currently based in Berlin. I hold a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Delhi and an M.A. in Applied Psychology from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences. I also completed an MPhil in Clinical Psychology from Manipal University, India. Back home in India, I worked across diverse settings - from schools and hospitals to nonprofits and private practice - supporting individuals across the lifespan. Since relocating to Berlin, I’ve been offering mental health services for internationals.
My key areas of work include: Anxiety, stress, and burnout, identity, self-esteem, and life transitions, relationship and family conflict, neurodivergence & self-advocacy, grief, bereavement, complex loss, South Asian diaspora.
I work mostly with teens, adults and also offer couple sessions. As a proud nerodivergent I also founded a support group for adults with ADHD and I enjoy creating accessible psychoeducational content through talks and workshops.Â
My practice is trauma-informed, intersectional, and queer-affirmative. I draw from a range of evidence-based modalities - including CBT, DBT, ACT, and interpersonal therapies - while always centering the lived realities of my clients. I believe counseling is a collaborative space to be witnessed, to reflect, and to grow.
I work in English, Hindi and Urdu. I strive to create an authentic, non-judgmental space where clients can feel safe to show up fully - especially those navigating in-between worlds, cultures, and identities.
