Hi, I’m Jenna!

I hold a BSc in Chemistry and Biology from Durham University in the U.K and a double Masters in Neuroscience from the Vrije Universiteit (VU) in Amsterdam and Charité Universität in Berlin.

Currently I am a Junior Lecturer in Biomedical Sciences at the VU in Amsterdam. I have lived a nomadic lifestyle. Originally, I am from South Africa, but I’ve lived in Dubai, England, The Netherlands and Germany.

I am passionate about bringing people from all backgrounds together through science, communication, and education. I have experience in tutoring, mentoring and special needs learning support in a variety of contexts, from running focus groups in schools to facilitating ‘A broader mind’ workshops. I specialize in Math for all levels, and the Sciences, specifically Chemistry and Biology.

I am from South Africa and I speak English.
