Hey, I’m Dayna-Lee!
I’m an experienced educator and coach based in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. Born in Jamaica and raised in Germany, my journey in education has taken me across several countries and cultures. I studied Education Science (B.A.), majoring in social care work and inclusive education, and completed my M.A. with a focus on adult education and counseling in diverse societies. I also bring expertise as a certified nutrition educator, integrating health coaching into my work to support holistic well-being. When I’m not at Linden I advise researchers on Education Grants and coach young adults on career skills.
I’m passionate about facilitating inclusive and critical education in multicultural settings. I’ve gained extensive experience as a social care worker in Austria, supporting individuals and families in navigating complex life challenges. I’ve also initiated several educational empowerment focused projects for children and marginalized young adults within the non-profit organization I chair in Vienna.
I value lifelong learning, inclusive pedagogy, and addressing social inequalities in education. In other words: I empower people to reach their full potential by addressing (systemic) challenges they face from a holistic perspective and offering support and strategies to overcome them. I also strive to teach teens and young adults self-accountability, to confidently navigate their lives while learning to ask for help and receive support on challenging journeys. My approach provides community, honesty and empathy.
I am Bilingual (English and German), speak Dutch and a little Spanish. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, reading, cooking, baking and hiking.

Hi! I’m Erin. I hold a B.S. in Expressive Arts Therapy and an M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lesley University. In Boston, I worked as a therapeutic provider in an after-school program and learned a variety of clinical therapeutic interventions in an inpatient hospital setting.
As an expressive therapist, I use creative outlets to better explore emotions when words are hard to find. My training is specifically in dance/movement therapy, so I often bring a somatic-based approach to sessions, asking questions of body awareness at the comfort of the client. Expressive therapy techniques broaden the horizons of where the session can go, making the “invisible” visible. Since moving to Berlin, I provide individual support in a private practice setting. I have worked with individuals from all over the world and offer support during life transitions of moving away from their homeland.
