Hi, I'm Noa. I serve as Head of Counseling Services at Linden Global Learning, where I also lead safeguarding and international school crisis response initiatives.

I hold a Master's degree in Child Clinical Psychology from Bar-Ilan University. For nearly a decade, I have supported internationally mobile students, families, educators, and young adults navigating cross-cultural transitions and study abroad experiences. I lead a global team of more than 30 counselors and have designed and led grief, trauma, and crisis support programs for schools affected by conflict and instability across the Middle East, Africa, and Eastern Europe.

For the past six years, I have facilitated Consultation Circles for international school counselors, creating professional support networks that have reached more than 300 counselors globally and reflecting my commitment to supporting those who support students. After many years of working with students facing a range of challenges, I developed Mind Mentors, a unique strengths-based coaching program designed to help children build executive functioning skills, emotional resilience, and self-management strategies.

The greatest joy in my work comes from sitting with young people, listening to them, and helping them build confidence.

I speak English, Hebrew, and German and, like many of my clients, value the richness and possibilities of expression that each language brings.
