Hi, I’m Mori! I’m a science academic tutor specializing in biology, chemistry, earth science, and psychology.

‍

I hold a dual Bachelors of Science from the University of Michigan in Biopsychology and Neuroscience, with minors in science, technology, and society, as well as a Bachelors of Arts in German. I’ve worked extensively with neurodivergent youth, specializing with children with Autism and ADHD, and have a strong belief in inclusive child-lead neurodiverse practices.

‍

I’ve worked with ages 3-10 in autism support services, and as a tutor for ages 8-17. As a researcher, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for exploring sparks of wonder using the scientific method, and tools for sharing that joy with others. I love scientific communication, and being apart of inspiring awe and curiosity about the world around us!

‍

Beyond my work as a neuroscience researcher and applied behavior analyst for children with ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder), I am a violinist and love to find ways to mix my love for music and art with my love for science.

‍

I am currently based in Detroit, Michigan in the USA but I will relocate to Berlin in December 2026. I speak English and German.
