Hello, I’m Marissa! As a school psychologist, I operate on the belief that all students want to learn, succeed, and connect in ways that work best for them.

My job is to uncover a student’s strengths, identify areas of needed support and growth, and provide insight and strategies to students and key members of a student’s support system. I am excited to offer school psychoeducational assessments to help students reach their full potential!

I am a U.S. trained school psychologist originally from Connecticut. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Psychological Science from Central Connecticut State University and Master’s and Specialist degrees in School Psychology and Clinical Child Counseling from the University of Hartford, where I graduated as valedictorian.

Over ten years as a school psychologist, I have supported hundreds of students from all walks of life. My experience spans from early childhood to young adulthood, encompassing students from diverse socioeconomic, cultural, and linguistic backgrounds and with a range of learning needs. I specialize in conducting psychoeducational assessments, which provide insight into a student’s cognitive, academic, and social-emotional/behavioral development and functioning.

I am currently living in Napoli, Italy and work as a telehealth school psychologist. I am a native English speaker and have a C1 level of Italian. I am incredibly excited to bring my decade of experience to the global community, supporting international school teams, students, and
families!
