Andrew has been leading trainings and workshops and writing and developing policies for the past 10 years. Andrew discovered his passion for diversity and inclusion issues during his undergraduate studies, where he was exposed to different ideas around identity, power, and inclusion.
Andrew facilitates annual workshops related to consent, respect, boundaries, and appropriate response to sexual misconduct for both the National University of Singapore and Yale-NUS College. Andrew has also led and supported professional staff and student staff training for the past 10 years on topics such as effective supervision, giving and receiving feedback, teamwork, and conflict management. His goal is to help develop and create institutions and organizations that are respectful, open, inclusive, and free of harassment.
Andrew is a skilled and empathetic facilitator and you can expect professionalism, interactive activities, and context-specific content from his sessions.
Outside of work, Andrew is an accomplished baker (creme brulee is his specialty!), cat lover, avid book reader, and mediocre runner.
