Rosie is a mental health specialist that coaches students on various skills that support their wellbeing, academic studies, organizational skills and self-management. She is also experienced in supporting young people and young adults with a range of executive functioning issues. Rosie holds a Masters degree in Mental Health Studies from King’s College London and a BSc in Psychology from Bangor University.
Rosie is a certified .b (pronounced ‘dot-be’) trainer, which is an innovative evidence-based mindfulness curriculum and she works with students to integrate these techniques into their daily life.
