Hi, I am Stella! I am a Learning Specialist from Los Angeles, and I am also a globe trotter.

As an international teacher and a University professor I taught on all continents except Australia! Well, and in Antarctica I could not find any students! My PhD is from the University of California Los Angeles, and my MS in Special Education is from the University of North Dakota. I specialize in the interface of Education and a developing brain and I am passionate about helping students to fully develop their potential. I believe that the most efficient way to teach a student is to understand how their unique brain works and processes information.

Right now I am working in the International School in Kazakhstan after teaching in Rio de Janeiro and Rotterdam. I live with my son and 2 dogs we rescued. My favorite subject to teach is Secondary Math and I have a lot of experience working with students with learning disabilities.

I am American and I speak English.
