Hi, I’m Greg! I’m an academic coach and musician from New York, and I have a passion for educating and helping others on a global scale. In 2014 I received my bachelor’s degree in music and Russian literature from Columbia University. Thereafter I worked in San Francisco as an academic coach specializing in math, English, and SAT/ACT test preparation.
During this time, I trained and worked as a peer support volunteer with Holocaust survivors and clients with HIV/AIDS. In 2017 I moved abroad and completed my CELTA, an English language teaching qualification, through the University of Cambridge. Since then I have freelanced as a teacher in Berlin (playing cello with local ensembles in my spare time) and look forward to continuing to help others thrive through education.
I specialize in math (all levels), English writing & literature, and ACT & SAT prep.
I’m American and I speak English.
What Clients Say...
All my kids love Greg! They really like working with him. There is no more complaining before tutoring, they all look forward to the hour with him. I am seriously happy we have found Greg. They all claim they have not only improved their math skills but have more fun doing math!
