Dominique is a Psychological Counselor. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the South African College of Applied Psychology and is currently completing her Masters in Clinical Psychology from the International Psychoanalytic University in Berlin. Dominique has worked as a counselor, ESL teacher, tutor, and an AIMS Therapist across a wide range of settings and in various countries including Zambia, Tanzania, South Africa and Vietnam. She has also supported children on the autism spectrum and with learning difficulties.
During her time in Vietnam, she served international and Vietnamese families as an AIMS therapist and trainer. She conducted workshops in international schools to bring awareness and trained teachers. She believes in a holistic and child-centered approach where therapies should be a fully integrated system in a student’s life.
Dominique is passionate about helping children and young people overcome mental health challenges and better cope with learning difficulties by teaching them new skills, strategies and solutions to help them reach their full potential.
