Hi, I’m Christina! I am Psychological Counselor with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Texas A&M University and a Master of Arts in Counseling from Dallas Theological Seminary. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the United States and have worked extensively with children, teenagers and their parents.
My experience includes both individual and group counseling in an outreach counseling center and a domestic violence shelter. I am passionate about providing a safe space for children and teenagers to express themselves, whether through play or conversation, and learn how to cope with the challenging parts of life.
My specialties include trauma, adoption, anxiety, divorce and separation, stress management, crisis intervention and parent coaching.
I use Play Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Trust Based Relational Intervention. I also provide parent coaching sessions when desired.
I am from the USA and speak English.
What Clients Say
I’ve struggled with intrusive thoughts for about a year now. I didn’t believe in meditation as a coping mechanism for anxiety but after hard work with Christina it’s been life changing.
