Alice has over 15 years of experience as a secondary teacher, and is committed to helping young people realize their potential. She has over a decade of teaching experience, including within the MYP and IB systems.
Originally from Wales, Alice studied English Literature at the University of Sheffield and later earned a Master's degree in Transnational Literature Studies at the University of Bremen. She is currently studying for a degree in Psychology at the International Psychoanalytic University in Berlin, and she is passionate about introducing mental health and resilience training into school and university settings. Alice places emphasis on fostering independence and enjoys seeing confidence emerge as young people take ownership of their own progress.
Alice specializes in IB and Middle Years English, IB Theory of Knowledge, academic writing, teen coaching and organizational skills for teens. She is also a Relocation Mentor and enjoys helping families in Berlin make informed decisions about which schools and settings are most appropriate for their children.
When Alice isn't reading, she loves performing improvised comedy!
Alice is from from Wales and Germany and speaks English and German fluently.
